Order And Delivery

Orders made online must include all the required fields. Payment is taken at midnight on the day the order is placed. Upon confirmation that the transaction has been processed, usually the next working day, we will ship out that day to be with you the following working day (Northern Ireland please leave 2-3 days).

In the event of goods being unavailable the company reserves the right to deliver part of the order and accept no liability whatsoever for the delay in delivery, and will contact you to confirm any arrangements. The company accepts no liability for the delay in delivery.

Any delivery charge will be notified at the time of placing the order.

Claims for damages, shortages of delivery, must be made within 48 hours and submitted in writing after goods are dispatched.

Shipping

KlickShopping.co.uk currently offers a two tier shipping cost structure. To maintain the cost effective way to ship our goods to you it is automatically worked out during the checkout process.

For all orders under £50 including V.A.T. you will be charged a one off £6 fee.
Any orders over £50 including V.A.T. is free!

We currently use Citylink and Fastway couriers and only deliver to the UK. For anywhere else you may arrange your own collection by ringing us on +44 (0) 1462 442 348.

Payment Terms

We accept most popular card types :

Visa, Visa Delta/Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, UK Maestro, Solo, American Express, Diners Club and JCB

Payment must be cleared by midnight on the date of order. Shipment will not take place until payment is cleared. The company reserves the right to cancel or suspend all trading arrangements at its own discretion due to payment inconsistencies.

All goods are supplied to company's standard specification unless otherwise stated. Company makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of technical details but such details are not contractually binding on the company. The company reserves the right to change technical data without notice.

Warranty

KlickShopping.co.uk does not itself provide a warranty except those enforced by Trading Standards. We accept liability for products purchased within a 12 months period, from the day it is shipped out. After delivery, the goods are deemed defective, and the customer may return the goods at their own expense to the company. We will then pass on the product to the respective manufacturers under their terms. If the manufacturers warranty exceeds our 12 months liability period, the customer has full responsibility to follow their specific warranty procedure. All return shipping costs will be at the cost of the company.
